US Department of the Treasury Adopts Final Rule Amending Sudanese Sanctions Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has adopted a final rule adding a general license for certain software, hardware, and services related to personal communications, as part of the Sudanese Sanctions Regulations (SSR) amendments.
