U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Replace Automated Commercial System with Automated Commercial Environment for Electronic Entry Filings

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is phasing out the Automated Commercial System (ACS) and replacing it with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) as the CBP-authorized Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system for processing electronic entry and entry summary filings, effective November 1, 2015.
