Black Lung Benefits Act: Medical Benefit Payments

The Department of Labor is proposing revisions to regulations under the Black Lung Benefits Act, which would determine the amounts payable for covered medical services and treatments for entitled miners, based on payment formulas used by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
