Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Employee Benefits Security Administration Loans to Plan Participants

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for loans to plan participants and beneficiaries who are parties in interest with respect to the plan regulation, as part of its ongoing efforts to review and approve the use of this information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
