Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Housing Occupancy Certificate to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a Wage and Hour Division-sponsored information collection request related to the Housing Occupancy Certificate, a provision under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, which is set to undergo review by the Office of Management and Budget for continued use without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
