The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on proposed changes to information collection requirements for Refuse Piles and Impoundment Structures, Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden. The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is leading the consultation program.
