Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on an information collection request related to the nondisplacement of qualified workers under service contracts, as mandated by Executive Order 13495, and is submitting it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
