US Department of Labor Proposes to Rescind FLSA Tip Regulations

The US Department of Labor is seeking public input on a proposed rule to remove restrictions on employers paying direct cash wages equal to the federal minimum wage, allowing them to use tips as a credit toward their minimum wage obligations.
