NOAA Announces Availability of Record of Decision for Illinois Coastal Management Program

NOAA has released the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Illinois Coastal Management Program (ICMP), confirming the program's compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA) and its implementing regulations, and making it eligible for federal consistency and grant funding.
