U.S. Navy Granted Permission to Take Marine Mammals in Hawaii Range Complex

The U.S. Navy has been authorized by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to capture and import marine mammals as part of its training and research activities in the Hawaii Range Complex from February 9, 2012, to January 5, 2014, in compliance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
