Export Trade Certificate of Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review to the Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc., ("AARQ") on December 16, 2011. The previous amendment was issued to AARQ on March 11, 2010 and published in the Federal Register on March 26, 2010 (75 FR 14567). This is the eleventh amendment to the Certificate. The Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc. ("AARQ") original Certificate was issued on January 21, 1998 (63 FR 31738, June 10, 1998).
