OMB Issues Guidance on Financial Assistance Requirements for Federal Agencies

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is requiring Federal agencies to implement new requirements for financial assistance applicants and recipients, including the use of Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) numbers and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, with specific deadlines of October 1, 2010 and October 1, 2011.
