Corrected RIN for HEART Act Supplemental Security Income Program Rule

The Social Security Administration has corrected the RIN for its September 7, 2010, final rule revising the Supplemental Security Income program regulations, which was originally published with an incorrect RIN, to 0960-AH00, as a result of the Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008 (HEART Act) improvements.
