Copyright Royalty Judges Determine Minimum Fee for Noncommercial Webcasters

The Copyright Royalty Judges have announced their decision on the minimum fee for Noncommercial Webcasters to perform sound recordings and create ephemeral recordings, following a court order to re-evaluate the rates, as mandated by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
