HUD Republishes 2011 Difficult Development Areas and Qualified Census Tracts Designation Notice

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has republished its September 9, 2010, notice designating Difficult Development Areas (DDAs) for 2011, which was initially published without the tables listing metropolitan and nonmetropolitan DDAs, and Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) remain in effect.
