U.S. Marine Corps Reinstates System of Records Subject to Privacy Act of 1974

The U.S. Marine Corps is reactivating a system of records previously deleted, as it was determined that the records are not covered by other systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, which governs the handling of personal information.
