Submission for OMB Review: Request for Comment on a New Information Collection for Enhanced Disability Annuity Benefit

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a new information collection, Form RI 20-123, to facilitate the computation of disability annuities for certain individuals, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, and air traffic controllers, who may not be identified in OPM computer systems due to recent court orders.
