US Postal Service Files Request for Negotiated Service Agreement

The US Postal Service has submitted a request to the Postal Regulatory Commission to add a domestic shipping services contract to the list of Negotiated Service Agreements, as part of its efforts to modernize its services and improve competitiveness.
