US Army Announces Record of Decision for Fort Monroe Base Closure in Virginia

The US Department of the Army has released a Record of Decision (ROD) outlining the plan for implementing the Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 at Fort Monroe, Virginia, following the base's closure.
