Federal Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act Determinations for 2011

The Railroad Unemployment Insurance Board has announced key determinations for 2011, including the monthly compensation base, system compensation base, and surcharge rate, as required by the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act. The Board has also set the amount for base year 2011, which will be used to calculate benefits for disqualifications ending in that year.
