DoD Proposes Changes to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Align with FAR Updates

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing amendments to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to bring it in line with recent changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) concerning annual representations and certifications, as outlined in DFARS Case 2009-D011.
