DoD Proposes Changes to DFARS to Encourage Discussions Prior to Contract Award

The US Department of Defense is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to strongly encourage discussions prior to award for procurements valued at $100 million or more, a recommendation made by the DoD Source Selection Joint Analysis Team.
