VA Proposes Rule for Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing a rule to establish regulations for contracting with community-based treatment facilities in the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program, which aims to provide treatment to homeless veterans with substance use disorders.
