Federal Government to Streamline Feedback Collection Process

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is proposing a new Generic Information Collection Request to collect qualitative feedback on agency service delivery, as part of a government-wide effort to improve public feedback processes, and is seeking public comments on the proposal.
