Social Security Act Assessment Rate for Representatives' Direct Payment Fees in 2011

The Social Security Administration has announced a 6.3% assessment rate for representatives' direct payment fees under the Social Security Act for the year 2011, as mandated by sections 206(d) and 1631(d)(2)(C) of the Act.
