USAID to Modify System of Records Maintained Under Privacy Act of 1974

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a public notice to inform the public of its intention to modify a system of records, USAID-33, Phoenix Financial Management System, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. This change is required to fulfill the agency's obligations under the Privacy Act to publish a notice in the Federal Register regarding the existence and nature of its record systems.
