Farm Credit Administration Proposes Rule for Enhanced Disclosure of Senior Officer Compensation and Retirement Programs

The Farm Credit Administration has published a proposed rule to improve transparency for Farm Credit System banks and associations regarding senior officer compensation and retirement programs, and to require shareholder input on these matters.
