Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Reissues Draft Regulatory Guide for Reissuance and Availability

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is reissuing a draft regulatory guide, DG-1229, for public comment after previously issuing it in 2009. The commission will hold a public workshop to gather comments on the use of the net present value method for parent guarantees in license transfer cases.
