U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for NUHOMS HD System Revision 1

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of March 29, 2011, for a direct final rule that revised the agency's spent fuel storage regulations to include Amendment Number 1 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1030 for the NUHOMS HD System.
