NRC Proposes Regulatory Issue Summary for Long-Term Surveillance Charge

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing a regulatory issue summary to reaffirm its interpretation of the long-term surveillance charge, which is paid to the U.S. general treasury or an appropriate state agency prior to the transfer of title to a uranium mill.
