Nuclear Energy Institute Petitions NRC to Refine Fitness-for-Duty Programs

The Nuclear Energy Institute has submitted a petition for rulemaking to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, requesting an amendment to its fitness-for-duty programs based on experience gained since 2008.
