U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Seeks Public Input on Criminal Penalties for Unauthorized Weapons and Sabotage

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is soliciting public comments and input on implementing criminal penalties for introducing unauthorized weapons and sabotage under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and will hold a public webinar to discuss the issue.
