NRC Receives Petition for Rulemaking to Install Radiation Alarms in Neutron Source Rooms

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received a request from George Hamawy to mandate the installation of radiation alarms in rooms housing neutron sources, following a petition filed on September 15, 2011.
