DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule for Women-Owned Small Business Program

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Small Business Administration's regulations for the Women-Owned Small Business Program, allowing for restricted competition for certain Federal contracts to economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses or women-owned small businesses eligible under the program.
