DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Biobased Procurements Reporting

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a new rule requiring contractors to report biobased products purchased under service and construction contracts, in accordance with the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act.
