US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration Issue Interim Rule on Iran Sanctions
The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are publishing an interim rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation, requiring contractors to certify compliance with expanded sanctions on Iran's energy sector and the Revolutionary Guard Corps, as mandated by the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012.
