U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews and Modifies Initial Determination in Backlight Module Case Involving LG Display

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review and revise its initial decision to allow complainants Industrial Technology Research Institute of Hsinchu, Taiwan and ITRI International Inc. of San Jose, California to add LG Display Co., Ltd. of Seoul, South Korea and LG Display America, Inc. of San Jose, California as respondents to the case.
