U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Automotive GPS Navigation Systems Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an administrative law judge's order denying a motion for a show cause order and terminating an investigation into Certain Automotive GPS Navigation Systems, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same, after the complainant withdrew its complaint. The investigation was based on ALJ Order Nos. 8 and 9, which denied a motion for a show cause order and terminated the investigation, respectively.
