Certain Integrated Circuit Packages Provided With Multiple Heat-Conducting Paths and Products Containing Same: Institution of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that certain integrated circuit packages and products infringe on a U.S. patent. The complainants, Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan and ITRI International of San Jose, California, are seeking an investigation and potential exclusion orders.
