USITC Reviews Part of Final Ruling in Section 337 Investigation Involving Certain Integrated Circuits, Chipsets, and Products Containing Same Including Televisions

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final ruling from a judge, which found no violation of a trade law, and has ended the investigation. The Commission has confirmed the ruling and closed the case.
