US Commission Seeks Public Input on Nintendo Relief Proposal

The US Commission is seeking public input on proposed relief against Nintendo for allegedly importing certain video game systems and components, including wireless controllers, which may harm the public interest. The proposed relief includes a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
