FHFA Publishes Second Proposed Rule for Information Sharing Among Federal Home Loan Banks

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is publishing a proposed rule to implement the provisions of Section 1207 of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA), which requires the sharing of financial information among Federal Home Loan Banks (Banks). This rule aims to facilitate the sharing of such information among the Banks, following a review of comments and reconsideration of the proposed means of information sharing.
