FHFA to Share Financial Information Among Federal Home Loan Banks

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) must now share financial information with each Federal Home Loan Bank (Bank), as mandated by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA). This rule implements the new section 20A of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (Bank Act), which requires the sharing of financial data among the Banks.
