FCC Releases Revised Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet for 2011
The Wireline Competition Bureau has released the updated annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (FCC Form 499-A) and instructions, allowing filers to submit their reports to the Universal Service Administrative Company.
