Universal Service-Intercarrier Compensation Transformation

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks targeted comment on certain issues in the Universal Service--Intercarrier Compensation Transformation proceeding. The Commission has received several proposals in the record in this proceeding to which we would like to receive comment from interested parties. This opportunity for additional, targeted comment will facilitate comprehensive universal service and intercarrier compensation reform.
