Federal Communications Commission Updates E-Rate Program Rules to Include Online Safety Education

The Federal Communications Commission has added language from the Protecting Children in the 21st Century Act to its rules for the Schools and Libraries universal service support mechanism, requiring online behavior education in schools, and made minor revisions to conform to existing statutory language from the Children's Internet Protection Act.
