Community Television of Ohio License, LLC Seeks Channel Substitution in Cleveland

Community Television of Ohio License, LLC, the owner of WJW (TV) channel 8 in Cleveland, Ohio, is requesting the FCC to substitute channel 31 for channel 8 due to difficulties in receiving the station's signal in areas southwest of the transmitter after switching to digital service in 2009.
