FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Emergency Shortages Data Collection System

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed data collection system to address emergency shortages, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites comments within 60 days.
