FDA Hosts Public Workshop on Medical Device Reporting and Recall Procedures

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public workshop to discuss medical device reporting, complaint files, recalls, corrections, and removals, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the safety and effectiveness of medical devices.
