FDA Releases Addendum to ICH Guidance on Preclinical Safety Evaluation of Biotechnology-Derived Pharmaceuticals

The FDA has made available an updated guidance document, the S6 addendum, which aims to incorporate new knowledge and clarify the development of safe and effective biopharmaceuticals, following the implementation of the ICH S6 guidance.
